The Importance of Consent in Sexual Activities
The responsibility for misinterpretation when either party has been drinking falls on the initiator and not the person that is being pursued. Men are most likely to attack and rape early in the morning between 5 a.m. and 8.30, so women better have some spray or something because you're out there in the public eye with people driving by. You can't presume engaging in sexual activities has been routine for many people, but for other people, it's not.
