How Much Sleep Does Your Body Need?
I try not to look at my phone for an hour before bed Tony. I'll often just watch a sitcom or something like that for half hour and you know maybe around nine o'clock be in bed lights out by ten. Over the pandemic I really said no I'm not gonna pride myself at 4 a.m. anymore and it's easiest on vacation because then you don't have anything to really wake up for what I've discovered is I've trained my body to take seven hours 7 and a half hours eight hours i feel so much better Craig.
