The Crusades of the First Century

The Romans had actually made a sort of exception for the Jews. The Christians said, there is no other name given under heaven by which we must be saved. Exclusivism and evangelism are two reasons why the Christians of the first century were so bitterly persecuted. True Christianity will always clash with contemporary society on those two counts.
