Foresight Is a Way to Get More Out of Your Work
Foresight, well, you allow a lot of initiatives that would otherwise go unnoticed to naturally emerge in a situation in a rapidly changing world. You can have very strict processes that could be helpedful, depending on organization that you're in. But if you want people to have that sense of empowerment in a world that it's very easy to feel overwhelmed in, the good news is that small things can make a big difference If you create awareness around them. And once you start, you'll notice that it's a journey that was so fulfilling that many clients also say, i wish i had thought about these things earlier. I wish somebody had taught me these things when i first joined the office
