The large language models are so far being proven useful for agents to help agents query things like knowledge bases and things like that. We're trying to automate these conversations basically now LLM's will get you there faster to market by making it easier from an understanding and generation standpoint but it doesn't improve the overall ROI any much more than you would do otherwise without using an L&M. And we launched version 10 of the core AI X- which uses word embeddings from other sources and with very very little training which also can be generated by OpenAI.
