Having a Diversity and Inclusion Process

Zandram says it has a good process about how people can change their jobs. It's not one of those systems that you build and just leave it for ten years, they say. People have to go through an interview process which is much better than two three years ago. There are interesting problems within the same capability to grow n avalv bu - but at the same time we support very well.
