Did You Do the Five Wy Exercise Before You Did the Jumpaw?

i did a lot of introspection around what was next for me. i looked forward to those days and that sort of work more than anything else i was ever doing as an engineering leader, because i loved it. But there were some organizational shifts in it, and it didn't really seem like a great fit for me. Turned out it was time for me to go. And then i had to dig deep. It gave me some runaway because of the way that i went about that and some of the relationships ihad built.
