The Vov platform that was being launched yesterday is a huge hugely exciting opportunity for the enterprise. As I said before we've seen the most caution in the which you might perhaps now call the more traditional top five tech companies who have been pulling back their headcount right so that is where I think you're getting some mixed messages.
