Labour's plans to force landowners to sell land at a fraction of market rates sound great, but don't really do very much. It doesn't address the fact that developers are already sitting on loads of land. And labour isn't saying very much yet about all the other issues, private rent and benefits. So yes, pleased to hear this, but it's a little bit of whitewashing of the bigger issue at the moment. I will definitely be coming back to this one because it's going to be huge issues that runs up to the election all the way.
