The goal for most people is just to create a plan. Most plans are conceptual or directional they're not tactical and you can execute concepts like if if you're trying to sell right cross-sell or referrals those are great concepts they don't execute though networking that doesn't execute. When we get granular in a plan three things happen John. First you'll know the magnitude of the work when it's conceptual it masks it so it looks like you've got two action items per goal but actually there could be anywhere from a dozen to a couple dozen actual actions that you need to take.
