Pre Adolescent Kids Can't Train, Right?

Eight year old kids can't train in the sense that you and I train. They don't do incremental increases in weight very well because they can't recover. Anabolic hormones are necessary to recover from an aggressive strength training program. This is true for girls and boys. All right. So let's say your six-year-old kid comes to you and he wants to train because daddy's trained. Well, take him to the gym, show him how to do the movements and make sure that he interprets what you're doing with him as play. And we're going to just address these differences.
