The Importance of Security in DevOps Teams
If they're not, if they're seeing these other jobs that pay well and are using Kubernetes and all these cool things and you're not, that's also another issue that I have seen people leave. People put their bosses, not their jobs in a lot of situations. Security is a product. As long as management respects it and incentivizes it. Like I don't think the product itself does anything. We've all implemented dashboards that no one cared about. That's why I like to get my trend.
