What's the key to dealing with them? Like what have you, when you go through a big period when you lose, like we were talking a month ago, whatever it was, you lost, I don't know, 50, 60 million or what? In one week, you lost a bunch of deals. But I mean, you know, yesterday, 45 million in one day and many more wins than losses. What's the key to dealing with that? Because this emotional roller coaster, that is, you call it real estate agents, you call it buyers agents, you could just call it sales in general. It's like a freaking insane up and down process all around, eat you up, spit you out. What's your process with dealing with that period?

You just nailed it. And I'll tell you what it is. I've come to terms with that is the game we're in. That is the industry that we're in. And if you can't deal with the lows that come with the highs, then this game isn't for you, right? You're going to have a horrible week like that week I had. But the next week, you're going to have a phenomenal week. And you just have to realize that what happened last week, if it was a shit week, it was just meant to be a shit week. That wasn't meant to be the week. We can't win every single day. Unfortunately. We can work hard every day to be the best, stay at the top and have the best business we can. But none of us, not me and you, no one listening to this, no one can control what's going to happen, right? So if something's beyond our control and we lose it, we lose it. We have to pick up the pieces and what I said to my team, because what I've taught myself is putting energy into worrying about what you've lost is the wrong place to put the energy, putting that energy into moving onto the next project. One of my teams said to me that they are because

it crushes people, losing crushes people.
