Is Inflation Driving Your Life?
A recent survey by Schwab found that 79% of participants reported changing their savings and their spending habits due to inflation. The Fed will have some tools such as raising interest rates, but they don't have the supply-side tools to control prices. I think no matter how high the Fed takes their funds rate, I don't think they're going to be able to remain at 2%.
