There's more than two flavors of diabetes. Type one, an auto ammune issue, causes your pancreus to stop making insolent. Gestational diabetes is caused by hormons in the placenta messing with how your body responds to insolent. And it can lead to preclamsia, which is high blood pressure, depression, or having a large baby - as i like to call them real lunkers.

Your blood sugar can make you happy, moody, sweaty, unconscious and possibly even homicidal. In this episode, Dr. Mike Natter dishes about how blood sugar works, what insulin does, and how prevalent diabetes is in all of its various forms.
