i feel like a lot of these political plans, these visions for how to fix the city, don't really seem like you said. It's really about money and solvency at this point. Or i think there's coupleed things at theat the very top of the food chain of power. In places like albany an new york, people still believe in an outdated model of economic development that's from 19 eighties.
