The Cost of Monoclonal Antibody Therapy
Cost has been a challenge for many patients getting access to the current commercial products. I think we look at monoclonal antibody therapy for a year and we really need to get the therapeutic product to be somewhere to what these commercial antibodies are being which I think is on the range of about 100,000 or so. We've been trying to think of cell products with a pharmacokinetic curve of approximately three months,. If you could really make this feasible and it makes maintenance therapy and dosing quarterly or every half year, if you can just get this home to the outpatient clinic setting, I think it's another really interesting advantage that's completely unexplored.
