The next question I have is the number of reps. Is there an ideal time under tension that's been studied or that you guys have found to work well? Because again, I think I'm about a minute 50 to two minutes or so per set. But if you found people doing like four minute sets, one minute sets or is there any real secret sauce when it comes to the amount of time per set? Yeah, because we have so much data, I'm actually able to see how long people are doing things for and ultimately how many sets of each one that they're doing.
