The Cubs Are in the Top 25 in MLB and I'm a Strikeout Guy

The Cubs are currently middle of the pack in payroll maybe top 10 for luxury tax purposes. I think they're going to be hovering around 233 this year and then they'll you know as that goes up that'll be the point where they hover around do they go over? They have everything they need to be a top five team payroll wise so yes this is a this isn't a full-on transition year but it's kind of the bridge to like let's try and put a team out there that can compete.
