Once somebody is able to fully accept how they are, now they get to do what they want because they stop stopping themselves. When they release those emotions, they release that filter of lack. But until they release it, that filter of lacked is there. So they can learn about self-acceptance, they can try to act like they fully accept themselves, but they cannot actually do it. They are always trying. Kind of like an actor who is acting like a role, and they may act really, really well, but they are still acting.
