At the beginning, i actually try to help some one find a meditation practice that doesn't feel like that. And for anyone who has any troma in their background, that's not helpfuli it's important at the beginning to start with just what feels good. But then there comes a place where you're gradually starting to increase your window of tolerance for discomfort. Then it's about breathing into that. Can you actually try to find that restlessness in your body and breathe into it, lean into it? Right? Is it different for men and women? I mean, i'm not going tot get into other other areas, but is it different for Men and Women? Of course.
