National Parks in Argentina and Brazil

Brazil and Argentina had been rivals in South America for many decades. The creation of the Brazilian park was envisioned as a way to use the park as a tool to funnel investment to nationalize that border. In Argentina, when they created the park, they also created an entire national park system with a national park legislation. So one of the things that they did was to provide a law that each national park that was set to be created at the border would have a section of it used for colonization purposes.
