Any business of any scale has all these systems that it holds information in. Many of those systems are difficult to integrate with different digital experiences for various reasons. So as I think more broadly about what my digital experience looks like, I need systems that sort of click into the broader platform that I'm using to deliver those digital experiences. This only gets more important as we see the dual fragmentation of the consumer experience and the data.
