Companies have yet to figure out that you need someone whose zone of genius it is to like do the gritty back office stuff that's that that maybe you hate. I was having a conversation with a close friend who's at a company that's raised at half a billion dollar valuation. He was telling me he was feeling really down and really drained. And what he realized when we were talking through it, was that it was because of that he was spending all this time on these time draining things.
