The Relational Leader

The best relationships are when they do. When one of us is doing some pretty deep work or dealing with something that, you know, like right now, i'm dealing with the potential death of my father. That's what's so powerful about being in a partnership and sharing a life together with some one. It turns into resentment eventually, and we get burn out on always being a helper for the other person. But what you're talking about is mutuality. You're in a mutual relationship where you're both willing to do that for each other. Let's go forward and create something in the world as two dynamics seem to play all at once.
