In all Donald Trump has been accused of sexual assault, I think by 17 women. The lawyers for Eaching Carol were able to establish a pattern of past behavior and persuade the jury that what he did to Eaching Carol fitted into that pattern. And presumably Mr. Trump continues to deny the allegations in spite of this ruling. Yes, he does. His strategy here was to try and ignore the trial in the sense that he refused to show up as a witness while writing about it a fair bit on social media. After the verdict came in, he said he had appeal. He said that he said the Democrats weaponized the American judicial system against him.
