Introduction
Clare Nolan died last week, after allegedly being tasered by a police officer. The 95-year-old great-grandmother was in an aged care home at the time of her death. Police say she had grabbed a steak knife from the kitchen and they were unable to de-escalate the situation as they say in aged care. She is clearly scared and confused, which is not unknown information to people who work in elderly care. And so, for reasons possibly due to the staff feeling unsafe, they've called the cops. They're unable to get Ms Nolan to put the knife down. Now this is allegedly deployed by a 33-year- old senior comfortable, Christian White
