The Carnivore Diet

There is no convincing evidence that fasting will have all of these additional longevity benefits in humans. And if it can be in pill or bottle form, you want to take it and for yourself. But I totally agree. It's so much more impactful in the long term to really work on feeding those microbes and creating that healthy layer of mucin and microbes that really are protecting us from the outside world.
