What you hire is what you get. That's kind of my philosophy. I know there's one or two that people are going to pop their mind, but they're so rare. Yei i agree with you on so i guess we do both agree that personality is harder. But ogate, so maybe we could start with organizational differences. Em and when i think about different kinds of gaming studios and how the p m function is different,. You know, kind of like, i think about it in a few different ways. The first is generally this notion of small verses big, meaning the size of the team. And usually the bigger the team usuallycorrelates to greater specializement.
