Chloride and Renal Perfusion

Avi: I always looked at chloride as this sort of muted ion who just sat in the background and went up and down. So do we have any idea of the mechanism behind it? This is a huge trial, but do we know why? Avi: It's such a throwback to the contraction alkylosis episode.
