Cover Your Rear End Is a Tough One

None of the organizations i have has a defined mission statement. I love to see companies where this is really clear, and that they can empower somebody here. It's a tough one. And it's one that certainly i'm thinking about very sy as i'm starting to think about next year d what i'd like to accomplish.
