Kender: I spent so much of my life in this realm of liketoxic positivity, where i would by pass my feelings because i would jump to what's the silver lining? A what do i have to be grateful for? How is this going to work out? Like what? You know, just trying to find the positives ind everything. But if you're not actually feeling your feelings, it can be a bad thing. So that's what im waing to talk about. And this episode to day, is what i think the purpose of heartbreak is.
