The Importance of Facts in Dealing With Bullies
It's important to remember, as well, that a company has responsibilities to its employees. It doesn't matter how small or big it is, they all have that responsibility. There are laws that they have to follow, but they have to respond to issues that are in the workplace rather than potentially jeopardize an employee's mental, emotional, and physical health. When you start dealing with facts, you are not dealing with stuff from a very emotional place. And this is really confusing to a bully because they're not having that impact on you.
