The Importance of Gender Pay Gap Reporting
There's a danger if we see a lot of women rightfully doing the flexible working and seeing that as a way to better manage their responsibilities but perhaps forgetting that out of sight can be out of mind. I think these days a lot of businesses are further ahead than governments on some of these issues. There is now a generation of young people not just women but young men and young women coming through into the workplace who are requiring they want companies to provide them with opportunities.
