Antidepressants That Act on Serotonin for Depression
There have been many studies and trials that are trying to unpick their effectiveness. Our best available evidence suggests that certainly for severe depression, they are helpful for modern moderate depression. It's a bit less clear and there may be specific patients in which we're also less certain about their use but they are certainly an option in many people.
