Even resistance traying subjects can make gains biceps and triceps without doing qote direct biceps work. I would say around at least, at least three to four hard sets per major must ek. So this is more if you're a body builder or someone that wants to maximize their gains,. i think more relevant if you're the average guy or gal who just wants to quotaton up gains o muscle.
