Is It a Valid Huristic to Never Adjust for a Post Treatment Variable?

I'm of this analysis because, a, it could have this problem that julia mentioned. I so whenever somebody conditions on a variable which is affected by the thing you're interested in, that kind o, like creams colida byis right? Like all its condition on. You can't just condition on it, because it wold create inequalities between the groups and so on. It's a valid huristic to never adjust for a post treatment variables. And i think its, it's a solid ahuristic in these cases. An, i guess the the other huristic i would suggest is that whenever somebody talks about mediation, i, i would just be quite sceptic.
