For me it's just kind of the endless quest for uh making our beers relevant in the moment you know. Recipe evolution is something that we're always doing and anytime there's some new process that can keep your flagship beers relevant with anywhere from one year to two years later i don't know what will happen. You have your own personal taste and you're going to brew a significant amount to that and you're also going to watch how can you know customers respond to these things, he says.
