No Let Them Shine Baby and It Works
Some of us are born and conditioned over time to not want any limelight. When it comes to leadership there are those people who for whatever reason they have this fear. So I think what we have to do is we have to be willing to be okay allowing the people that we work with to allow them to shine. Eventually the truth will surface as to who actually is the brainchild behind something. If you're if you're a good leader you want your people to be recognized, elevated and promoted.
