Is There a Cheat in Nutrition?

We see lots of, i think, highly damaging aspects of nutrition such as cheap days and am, i guess, cycle days with food. If we were to focus on composition, and so imagine if somebody probously know you need a calory deficit to lose weight, that's 14 thousand calories per week they have to play with. That kind of afternoon of eating those things over a couple of hours probably doesn't seem that significant. But actually, if you strip it back, you've only got nine thousand calories left for the following six days to stay in that calory deficit. So yests, it's something to consider for people who feel the need to do that.
