The Importance of Music in Worship
The type of music that is most proper to the Roman liturgy in the Roman Catholic church has pride of place. Most typically Gregorian chant, that's what we'd be used to. The majority of parishes don't experience as sort of like chant mass. It's kind of a combination of things. You have hymns, you have different things and you might have chants for the ordinary.
