Why You Shouldn't Offer Both Praise and Critique
You want to offer both praise and criticism immediately. If the point is to let people know what to do, more of or less of why wait? Feedback has a really short half life. Don't let things pile up. You also want to do it in person. Whenever possible, put your phone away, look the person in the eye and have a real human conversation. But just don't offer feedback over some kind of tool or texting.
