The Spectrum of Selfishness to Selflessness
Being selfish to Patrick Green David means negating other people. Being selfless is approving of other people and working for others. The next level, which is in 90-10, this is a narcissist. World revolves around them. So you're living a lie - the world doesn't revolve around you. You cannot be happy. You cannot win. Well, they know they're failing. They know they're unhappy. And so reality is end. It's just nothing to do with selfishness and selfless. These people are misunderstood. But at the same time, they are selfless enough.
