Blake: I see this a lot with startups, especially in the early days. They can basically fall into we have a culture of accommodation and later realize why that sort of creates so many problems. He says ProfaWo teaches people to assume positive intent when someone makes a comment about their hair. Blake: We would proselytize it across the organization. But there was a small group of people that this just wasn't great. And we tried to accommodate them and be like, well, it's okay.
