What's This Frankish?

Only four of the books are currently on archive.org and there were at least twice his money that he published on this subject with various revisions. He says an awful lot about what he's trying to accomplish, but I'm still trying to figure out who on earth funded all these books. And looking at the romanization honestly makes me think of Yiddish. Yeah, probably not the effect he was aiming at. The reason I like Frankish is because he has a link to the grammar, which looks kind of nifty,. as well published in the sense it's nicely edited and it looks good.
