Tilo was not that design first in its development approach. But we did spend a lot of time doing usa research to find out what our customers were looking for. And the other is also, we extensively used internal users to make that kind of decision. We didn't just look at o external customers, but we also had the sales teams and the support teams working with customers on a regular basis to be part of the design process.
