The Right of Privacy in International Phone Calls
If i'm having a communication with you, and you decide to disclose that to the government, i can't block it. It's not that we have no right of privacy in international phone callsis because if we had no right of vacy, would mean the government could simply a target your telephone calls for interception. That's not right. But your pride of privacy is qualified by te by the rights attendant to the person you are communicating with.
