Pennsylvania Gov. Shapiro Supports Lifeline Scholarships

Pennsylvania is an interesting case, and this week it got a lot more interesting. Attorney General Shapiro has historically not been in favor of school choice. He put a note on his website that said he supported lifeline scholarships like what were passed in other states.
