I want optimal health I like a you know exercise both mentally and physically for me as a way to make the best version of myself I can be. And health is a big part of that and I'm also actually very sensitive to changes in diet because I have sort of wasp genes if you will which most people have a very good disposition for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. So it's also relevant and some clients I know can you know use more like the 80 20 rule where it's like 20% relative junk in your diet at least when they're bulking.
