The Role of Frontend Leads in a Cross Functional Team

In an optimal world, we would also have ux designers inside of every team. But in our projectswe had one project where we achieved this. And we had enough resources, too, to staff all teams with ux designer. So there's more awareness in this cross functional team in both directions.
